Construction details:
The construction company guarantees high-quality construction complying with the normative requirements for planning in case of seismic activity. 
Walls – 12cm inner and 25cm outer brickwork. All outside edges of the brickwork are reinforced with metal mouldings.  The inner walls are latex painted.  All inside walls have thermal insulation, consisting of insulation plates, textile net, and finishing construction with plastering in accordance with the planning of each separate section.
Ceilings – white latex paint. The walls in the residential premises are 2.60 m high, those in the garages and the shops on the ground level – 2.45 m, the restaurant in the central section – 3.20 and the underground garages – 2.30 m.
Floors – granite/granitogress in the common parts, cement in the living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets, granitogress on the balconies. The floorings in the bedrooms will be synthetic carpets and in the living rooms – laminated parquet.
Doors – inner doors will be solid wood. The front door will be armoured and will have reinforced construction, rubber insulation and installed lock with secure locking.
Windows – three-chamber PVC joinery works
Façade – with the above described insulation system and finishing plastering, stone or ceramic facing, aluminum plates in the different sections, according to the architectural plans
Toilets and bathrooms – whitewash plastering and cement floorings. Floors and walls will be tiled with terracotta and there will be appliances installed

Heating and ventilation – provided individual ventilation for all service premises; common ventilation for the underground garages and the storage rooms; anti-smoke ventilation system in the staircase premises.

Heating in commercial and office parts – heating with own system using steam boilers on natural gas for maximum efficiency and low energy waste. 
Water and sewerage – the sewerage is made of polypropylene pipes, which are practically indestructible. Hot water from boilers working with natural gas is supplied all the year round in every apartment, office and shop.
Electricity – power and lighting installations, designed according to the plans, complying with Bulgarian National Standards
Telecommunications - a possible choice of the provider

Commercial and office areas – cables provided to each working place in the offices
Internet – cables and network to each working place
