The small village is situated in Strandja Mountain, 17 km away from the town of Bolyarovo, and 70 km from the Black Sea and 9 km from the main road Elhovo-Bourgas. It is close to Turkey and Greece. One of the biggest lakes in the region is 3 km away from the village. The area offers you opportunities for fishing, hunting, biking, bird watching and horse riding. An asphalt road is leading to the small village and to the nice house, so it’s approachable even in wintertime. It is a two-storey house with a basement of 15 sq. m located in a friendly neighbourhood, just in the end of the peaceful village. The first floor of 60 sq .m. consists of a corridor and two bedrooms. The second floor of 60 sq. m. includes an external staircase, a corridor and four bedrooms. This property is not provided with electricity and running water inside. There is running water only outside the house. The telephone line also is not available but it is not difficult to get connected.
