This very nice house is set in a lovely village in the majestic Rhodope Mountains, which is a few kilometers from the Greek border, 16 km from the beautiful town of Dospat, 56 km from the popular spa resort town of Devin and 140 km from Sofia, the cosmopolitan Bulgarian capital. A new asphalt road leads to the village making it accessible even in winter months.
The enormous Dospat dam, one of the biggest in Bulgaria and a favourite destination for all fans of fishing, is located close to the village. The region is magnificently picturesque and well worth sightseeing as there are numerous spectacular rock formations and caves in proximity like the “Yagodinska” and the “Devil’s Throat” caves.
It is a solid two-storey house with ferro-concrete foundations, beams and columns and brick masonry. It has a living area of 213 sq. m. The ground floor consists of four rooms, bathroom and WC, and internal staircase leads to the first floor offering the same room disposition. The house benefits from new electric and water-supply installations and has sewage. There is a nice view towards the other houses in the village.
