This nice property is located in a tranquil village which is only 26 km away from the scenic town of Panagyurishte, 28 km from the town of Pazardzhik and some 110 km from the capital Sofia. The village is situated at 450 m above sea level and has a population of around 500 people. It has a railway station on the railway route Plovdiv – Panagyurishte.
This region is famous for its mild climate throughout the year, the wealth of mineral springs and spa resorts, the rich cultural and historical heritage and the winegrowing traditions dating back to cent uries ago, when the Thracian tribes, famous for their affinity to wine, inhabited these lands. Along the course of the Luda Yana River, ten dams have been constructed, which, together with the proximity of the huge Pyasachnik Dam, gives plenty of opportunities for fishing. There are many places to enjoy hunting too. A great advantage is the proximity of the Trakia highway, providing quick and comfortable access to the capital Sofia and the second biggest city in Bulgaria-Plovdiv.
This is a very fine house, built in the year of 1957, located on a main asphalt street in the village. It is built of trimmer joists, but the overall condition is very good and the roof is steady. The house has two floors, each of which is of 50 sq. m and has two rooms, an entrance-hall and a larder. There is water both inside and outside and a borehole for irrigation is available, too. In the large garden of 1800 sq. m there are farm buildings – a barn and a cattle-shed.
We find the offer very advantageous and warmly recommend purchase! Do not hesitate!
