The house is located in a quite picturesque area near the dam of ‘Baltata’ and the river of ‘Kamchia’. It has 2 floors. The 1st floor comprises of a basement, which can be easily converted into a tavern or else, and the 2nd floor has an entrance-hall and 3 rooms. Furthermore, there is a bright summer kitchen. A garage is also placed in the garden, which covers a surface of 680 sq. m and features well-maintained vineyards. The WC is set in an outbuilding. The property is provided with running water, electricity and a septic tank. After some work, the house will be ready to move in.
The village itself, is well-maintained and has a shop, a nice restaurant, a library, as well as regular public transportation to the cities nearby. Varna with its all modern amenities and places of interest lies only 40 km to the north. The beautiful town of Byala is only 30 km away. The most important components of the natural wealth of Byala are the sea and its coast, as well as the mountain with its forest and other resources. These factors are prerequisites for tourism development. The geographic location of the area of Byala makes it a focus of tourism activities. Byala is at almost equal distance from two large district centers - Bourgas and Varna; hence it is a crossing point of the transport connections between these cities.
At the coast, one can see a protective bank, dating back to the early years of the Bulgarian state (8th-10th century), while the area around the St Atanas Monastery holds remains of an ancient fortress. The wine of the extremely fine Dimyat vintage is also produced in the town.
The holiday complex of Shkorpilovtsi is only 20 km from the village. It is located near a village of the same name, and it spreads to White Cape to the south. There are two campsites in it, the Izgev Campsite, and the Horizon Campsite. One can find restaurants and pubs in both the village and the camping sites. Nature lovers can go on foot to the Black Cape, which hangs over the sea with its old oak forest, and its spring of cold water. Further to the south there is a wide inlet with a drinking water fountain, while the White Cape with its lime rocks can be seen just opposite to it.
It is definitely a place where you will have a lot of fun and share memorable days with the people you cherish!
