The village is situated just 17 km away from the town of Sungurlare. The region is popular with the famous Thrachian fortress, which is very interesting place for a lot of tourists from Bulgaria and from abroad. The historical Bulgarian villages Jeravna and Medven located very close to the village are another one attraction for the tourists. The house is located in the centre of the village but it has a wonderful view of the village and the unbelievable nature surrounded it. It is a two-storey house. The firs floor consists of 3 rooms, bathroom and a toilet which is unfinished. The second floor consists of 3 rooms, hallway and a terrace. This property is provided with electricity, running water outside and inside the house, a telephone line is not available but it is possible to be installed. There is a farm building it the yard.
