This is a nice, typical Bulgarian rural house, situated in a pretty village very close to the great historic town of Veliki Preslav (7km) and the lovely town of Shumen (15km). This proximity gives you quick access to all amenities typical for the towns, but at the same time the location in a clean and calm village like this guarantees perfect relaxation and peaceful stay.
Both towns impress visitors thanks to their historical value. Shumen, close to the plateau of Madara, is of great architectural interest for the ancient remains of the Roman Epoque, founded there and for the historical record of the famous Horseman of Madara.
Veliki Preslav was the capital of the Bulgaria kingdom from 893 till 969 in the epoch of its supreme might and boom of the old Bulgarian culture. It sprung up in the first half of 9 th century during the reign of Khan Omurtag (814 – 831) as a military camp with a fortified palace and garrison. Tsar Simeon (893 – 927) proclaimed it capital (thus moving it from Pliska). It was established as an administrative, cult – religious and cultural center of the medieval Bulgarian state, renowned for its remarkable monumental construction work, the achievements of applied arts, the painted ceramics, and the famous literary school.
There is a river, close to the village and the place is very suitable for fishing. The house is easily accessible, located on a street in a good part of the village. It is a one-storey brick-built building of 65 sq. m, which has four rooms and an attic floor. The property is sound, built on a concrete slab.
In front of it there is a very well kept garden with a size of 700 sq. m. For your convenience there is also a garage of 50 sq. m. You can enjoy a lovely view from the house.
Profit from owning a nice property very close to the town! Do not miss this advantageous offer!
