The village is in very beautiful Bulgarian region with nice mountainous view to the Rila Mountain. The village is near the highway and it is supplied with electricity, running water and phone line available. The house is easy accessible with asphalt road. The house is in good condition but it needs from slight repair and inside and outside refreshment.
It is two-storey building with additional buildings:
1st floor: a corridor, one room, and basement – the flooring are covered with wooden floor, the walls are whitewashed and the windows are with wooden frames;
2nd floor: a corridor, a kitchen and two rooms - the flooring are covered with wooden floor, the walls are whitewashed and the windows are with wooden frames.

The garden is quite large – 1250sq.m. and you can enjoy at the nice agricultural garden, trellis vine and some fruit trees. There is outside toilet, but our local building team will be able to assist you in the procedure of repair and to done the toilet in the house. There is a summer kitchen in the additional buildings and agricultural permissions.
