      Description

The village is only 13km west of the biggest Bulgarian Black Sea resort Sunny Beach and 15km from the fabulous architectural museum-town Nessebar, and just 25km north of the regional center - the city of Burgas. The village is situated on the most eastern slopes of the Balkan Range, has a mild climate and a multitude of mineral springs. North-west of the village flows the Aheloi River whose waters feed the Aheloi Dam - one of the most beautiful and cleanest dams in the Burgas region, which is also suitable for fishing trips. The surroundings of the village offer several tourist routes for those who are passionate about nature and history. A one-day tour called "In the footsteps of Tzar Simeon the Great will show you and tell you the story of one of the most noted events in the Bulgarian Medieval history - the Great Battle of Aheloi on 20 August 917, in which the Bulgarians courageously defeated the Byzantine army.  The village is situated on a hilly slope with a northern exposure, and is very close to the Biberna summit allowing splendid undisturbed views of the magnificent seaside resorts of Sunny Beach, Nessebar, Ravda, Aheloi, Pomorie, and further down to Burgas and Sozopol. The place is especially favourable for practicing the gliding extreme sports, and the national extreme sports clubs plan to turn the heights into an important base for their sports. The main road Burgas - Kableshkovo - Dyulinski Pass is only about 700 meters from the first village houses. The area abounds in mineral springs and the villagers largely benefit from the mineral water flowing directly out of their taps. Тhere are several small groceries, a community centre, kindergarten, a new and much bigger electric transformer, 3 cafes and a fine traditional restaurant attracting crowds of guests wishing to taste the typical Bulgarian meals. In the autumn of 2005 a winery was opened offering wine-tasting trips to tourists from the nearby resorts. The village is gradually turning into an important centre of the rural and health tourism. A few years ago the old traditions were revived and every year on the most important national holidays there are celebrations showing the visitors the local dances, costumes, traditions and crafts. They are normally held on the wide lawn behind the library on holidays, such as Christmas, Easter, and several national holidays in the middle of spring, late summer, as well as in early autumn.
These 2 neighbouring plots of agricultural land are big enough (7020sq.m) for a holiday development to be constructed and are located very close the village and within 15 minutes drive from the magnificent beaches and the endless abundance of entertainment facilities and busy night life in the famous Sunny Beach resort, and fine ancient architecture of the UNESCO listed museum-town Nessebar.
The plots have a common border and each plot (sized 3510sq.m) is offered for sale separately too.
Profit from owning a piece of Bulgarian land with a great location and huge commercial potential!
