  This apartment complex will be situated in the town of Nessebar, the most picturesque town on the Bulgarian Black sea coast, included in the list of the World Cultural Heritage Towns. Nessebar is one of the oldest towns in Europe and keeps remains and churches from the Thracians and Greek invasion.
The location of the site where this project will be build is 80 m. far from the sea, and nearby the road between Nessebar - Ravda, which will be converted in a pedestrian zone according to decision of the Council of the Nessebar Municipality. The location of the site also provides quick access to the highway road linking Varna and Burgas, the major ports of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. This access is ensured by a short-cut from the highway to the place of the site.
