It is a wonderful new apartment situated in the top attractive beach resort on
the Black Sea coast – Sunny Beach! The charming sea resort town of Nessebar is
just 3 km away. The splendid sea city of Bourgas is also very close – just 38
km away from Sunny Beach. It is the third biggest city in Bulgaria and has an
airport, a big sea port and many other amenities of the big town. The area is

four-storied building. The building is solid – reinforced concrete and bricks
