Property management offers its clients a lot of services of already purchased property. We shall supervise the regular check-up of all systems in the building, we will take care of the cleaning of the common parts, back yard, greeneries, garages, if necessary we shall organize a repair of the roof, of the facade, the entrance door, the intercom or any other boring small repairs in the common parts of the property as well. The list could be endless... But the most important thing is that you, our clients, will be in contact with one person in charge of these activities which means you will be saving time, nerves and money. There are two possible options: a fixed monthly sum or percent from the rental (if your property will be rented out). For those clients who purchase village houses, we can ensure their safety for 40 ˆ per month. For clients who purchase apartments, houses or villas in top tourist destinations or big cities, where the properties will be rented out, we agree on 20% from the net income of the rental.
