PRESTIGE CITY II is a resort complex, located in a heavenly recess endowed by Mother Nature with all of its natural wealth and beauty through a perfect combination of sea, forest, mountain, river, and lake. Buyer’s guide
When you have chosen a property, the first stage of the process is to pay a reservation fee, this is payable before contracting and is non-refundable. Payment of this fee removes the property from the market for a certain period. 
Following reservation a Preliminary Contract is signed between buyer and seller. The Preliminary Contract is your contract to purchase the property and the seller’s contract to sell the property. This is the legal document that details all aspects of the purchase and accompanies the purchase from reservation through to transfer of property ownership from the seller to the buyer and issue of the Notary Act (Title Deed).
Payment Plan
Following reservation, the property is normally purchased through staged payments. These are percentage payments of the final buying price that become due either when certain stages of the build are completed or at pre-determined dates that are stipulated in the preliminary contract.
Maintenance
The maintenance of Prestige City II will be provided by Prestige Holidays Ltd and the apartment owners have to pay an annual maintenance fee which will be used for maintenance of the common parts of the buildings and the whole complex, maintenance and use of the swimming pools, year round security, and lighting of the common parts of the buildings and the complex.
Prestige Holidays Ltd will:
•  ensure the overall security within the complex  
•  maintain and repair outer electric, water supply and sewerage systems
•  maintain swimming pools, Jacuzzi, children’s playground etc.
•  clean the yard of the apartment complex, parking places and garages
•  maintain the garden and green areas of the complex
The following services are optional and can be provided to apartment owners or guests against additional payment:
•  cleaning and airing of the apartments all year round 
•  repairs of the apartments 
•  payment of the overhead expenses for the apartments, such as taxes, electricity, water bills etc.
•  furnishing of the apartments 
•  other services needed by the owners or their guests for their comfortable stay.
