The payment plan is:
1000€- reservation fee
30%-on signing of the Preliminary contract
50%- on putting the roof on
20%- on full completion and notary act
Another stage payment plan is possible and can be negotiated upon request but the first payment in any case will be 20% on signing of the Preliminary contract. The price of maintenance will be agreed additionally.
